Clarity PPM is a mature and stable software solution. However, as with any other software, it is still important to support Clarity PPM users in both a functional and technical capacity.
We provide a tailored support model for both 1st level and 2nd level support.
The annual maintenance and support fees for Clarity PPM cover the following services as standard:
- Clarity PPM maintenance (updates/service packs)
- Clarity PPM development (upgrades)
- Access to the manufacturer’s download area
- Online and telephone support
We provide cost-optimised versions of the standard support package adapted to meet your requirements – and at an all-inclusive price:
Clarity PPM Updates & Upgrades Only
We offer this cost-effective support package once your employees are completely familiar with Clarity PPM and no longer require online or telephone support. You will be able to take charge of updating Clarity PPM according to your requirements once you have access to the download area. There, you will be able to obtain service packs, updates and new releases, as well the appropriate manufacturer documentation.
Clarity PPM Support 10
The Support 10 package contains downloads for all updates and upgrades and up to 10 support cases per year.
Clarity PPM Support 20
The Support 20 package contains downloads for all updates and upgrades and up to 20 support cases per year.
Clarity PPM Standard
This support package covers downloads for all updates and upgrades as well as an unlimited number of support cases. The scope of service for support cases covers the entire standard functionality within Clarity PPM. The Clarity PPM Standard support package corresponds to the scope of the manufacturer’s standard support.
Clarity PPM Extended / Configuration Support
This all-inclusive package covers all Clarity PPM support cases including all support cases for modifications, reports, interfaces and connections to third-party systems.

Clarity PPM On Demand Support
You can make use of our support as and when you need it. The services rendered are invoiced according to expenses and based on an hourly rate. This package is particularly suitable if there is already a high level of independence and very few support cases are required.
We offer a free Clarity PPM health check-up for all of our customers with the standard or extended support package. One of our certified Clarity PPM consultants will liaise with your system administration staff before testing Clarity PPM in order to carry out this system check. This covers aspects such as the conformity of the platform with the manufacturer template as well as testing log files and system resources.
