Self-declaration
After we have received your application, we will send you a self-declaration so that we can get an even more detailed picture of your skills specifically with regard to our requirements.
HR department
After reviewing your documents, you will have an exchange with the HR department. You can ask initial questions to get a first impression and we get a first picture of your personality and skills.
Specialist department
If we have been able to strengthen your interest and you have impressed us in the first interview, an interview with the head of the specialist department via teams will follow.
Sample employment contract
If the last two interviews were satisfying, you will receive a draft of the employment contract in advance.
Personal meeting
In the third and last step, we have a personal meeting to clarify final questions about the contract and onboarding.

J2EE four-tier architecture with AJAX components based on relational databases. SQL, Java, XML, and web services are the tools we work with on a daily basis.
Our solutions are based on Clarity PPM, the high-end software developed by CA Technologies (a member of the Broadcom Group).
We have been in a close and active partnership with Broadcom/CA Technologies for a number of years in consulting, development, and sales.
