To generate reports, we had to consolidate data from a wide range of sources manually – data that was also subject to many changes. That’s why it became imperative that all players could access the latest project data much more quickly, particularly in an increasingly dynamic market environment.

Today, Schott AG uses Clarity PPM software to synchronize ideas, projects, costs and resources, which enables it to generate customized reports with a few mouse clicks. Management uses these reports to make strategic decisions, for example to prioritize ideas, plan innovation projects and minimize project risks. The software also simplifies project activities on the operating level.
